Steel Structure
Steel structure platform is supported by shelves, which can be designed as multi-storey (usually 2-3 floors). There are stairs, handrails, elevators, etc. This is a simple shelf to make full use of space.

Structure: The structure is fully assembled, typically using square tubes, circular tubes, and hot-rolled H-shaped steel for supports, with main and secondary beams commonly made from hot-rolled steel and cold-bent C-shaped steel. Floor panels are usually made of cold-rolled steel, featuring a snap-fit structure. These panels are locked into place with a specially designed locking mechanism that connects them to the main and secondary beams. Compared to traditional patterned steel plates or steel grating, this design offers advantages such as stronger load-bearing capacity, better integrity, uniform load distribution, high precision, smooth surface, and ease of locking, and it readily integrates with lighting systems.
Goods are transported to the second or third floors via forklifts, lift platforms, or goods lifts, and then moved to specific locations by carts or hydraulic dollies. Modern steel structure platforms are versatile in form and function. Lightweight steel structure floor panels are locked together, creating flat, robust, and uniformly strong floors that are cost-effective and quick to construct. These can be flexibly designed as two-story or multi-story structures to make full use of space. The fully assembled structure is flexible in design and can be tailored to meet site-specific requirements, functional needs, and logistics demands.
Load Capacity: The typical spacing between columns of this platform is within 4 to 6 meters, with the first floor about 3 meters high and the second and third floors about 2.5 meters high. The floor loading capacity is usually within 1000kg per square meter.
Surface Treatment: The structure is coated with superior-grade epoxy resin electrostatic powder, offering strong adhesion, wear resistance, corrosion resistance, and aesthetic appeal. It meets the national GB6739-2006 standard, ensuring high surface quality and smoothness.
Usage: This type of platform allows for the closest combination of storage and management, with the space above or below potentially serving as warehouse offices. It is commonly used in industries such as mechanical manufacturing, automotive, electronics, light industry, machinery, pharmaceuticals, and e-commerce.
Features of the Steel Structure Platform:
1.High space utilization, strong load-bearing capacity, stable structure, flexible access, and attractive appearance.
2.Short construction period for steel platform buildings: a 300 square meter structure can be completed by five people in thirty working days, from construction to finishing within a month, significantly saving on costs, time, and labor.
3.The industrialization level of steel platforms is high, allowing for mechanized and specialized production, which improves work efficiency, reduces construction difficulties, and aligns well with today’s fast-paced, energy-efficient society.
4.The materials used for steel platforms have high strength, lightweight, and significant stiffness, making them particularly suitable for constructing buildings with large spans and extreme heights or weights. The material's uniformity and isotropy make it an ideal elastic body, which meets the basic assumptions of general engineering mechanics and is one of the few ideal building materials. The good plasticity and toughness of the material allow for significant deformation, thus effectively bearing dynamic loads.
