Flexible Guardrail

Flexible Guardrail is also known as elastic guardrail, is composed of polymer plastic materials imported from Europe. As a new type of crash barrier, it provides buffering effect when hit by a trolley or forklift by using its own elasticity and firm base, absorbing the crashing impact. Flexible Guardrail has good shock absorption, the driver will have buffering when hitting the guardrail while damage to the forklift can be neglected. Most of the flexible guardrails in the market adopt modular design with hidden hardware providing rigid protection, which makes the guardrail and facility appear to be more clean and safe.

Characteristics

Material: Our materials imported from Europe, are polymerized and modified with over ten international standard environmentally friendly materials such as high toughness polymers, antioxidants, UV absorbers, light stabilizers, anti-static agents, nucleating agents, and scratch resistant agents to form a unique LB-FS2019 polymer material. We have applied for a national invention patent.
Tubing: molded through multi-layer extrusion, external UV-resistance has gone through 1500H limit test in Xenon lamp aging experimental box (equivalent to outdoor 3 years), which complies with China National Standard GB/T16422.2-1999. There is no fragile, transforming nor cracking phenomenon, discoloring process complies with national standard. The surface is resistant in scratching and dirtiness, inner-layer strengthened flexible mesh structure has good anti-crashing capabilities.
Base: the guardrail base is assembled by multiple materials including metal and rubber, etc. The exposed metal is treated with plastic spray, which does not get rusty after 500H Neutral Salt Spray Test. The ground rail base is molded by integrated casting with high tensile metal, the DACROMET on the surface does not get rusty after 1000H Neutral Salt Spray Test.
Ground fixing: Inverted cone chemical anchor is connected with the ground, the DACROMET on the surface does not get rusty after 1000H Neutral Salt Spray Test, and is fastened with stainless steel 304 acorn nuts.
