Description

Structure: The structure is assembled from main components such as rack uprights, load-bearing beams, support beams, and platform panels. It can be flexibly designed into 2-3 levels to effectively enhance warehouse space utilization. To improve work efficiency, it is often equipped with auxiliary facilities such as lifting platforms, forklifts, and goods slides.
Safety railings are equipped in open areas of the floor, and stairs are provided for the convenience of staff moving up and down. The floor panels typically use Turin's patented cold-rolled steel floor panels with an interlocking structure, and are locked into place between the floor panel and the floor beams using Turin's patented locking mechanism. Compared to traditional patterned steel floor panels or steel grating floor panels, it offers advantages such as high load capacity, good integrity, uniform load distribution, high precision, smooth surface, and ease of locking. It is also easy to integrate with lighting systems, making access and management convenient. Optionally, steel grating floor panels, patterned steel floor panels, or wooden floor panels can also be used.
Mezzanine racking is most suitable for storing and managing small items with many varieties, and can be used in conjunction with parts boxes or turnover boxes for categorized material management. Based on the characteristics of material logistics, materials with high shipment frequency should be stored at the lower positions, and materials with low shipment frequency at the upper positions.
Load Capacity: The platform span can be designed according to the actual usage area of the warehouse space and goods unit, with the maximum weight capacity reaching 1000kg/m², typically around 500kg per square meter.
Surface Treatment: The system is treated with superior-grade epoxy resin electrostatic powder coating, which provides strong adhesion, wear resistance, corrosion resistance, and aesthetic appearance. It complies with the national GB6739-2006 standard, ensuring excellent surface quality and smoothness.
