Radio Shuttle Pallet Racking

Shuttle rack, also known as a pallet shuttle system, is a high-density storage solution designed to maximize warehouse space utilization and improve operational efficiency. It is an automated system that uses a shuttle device to transport pallets within the racking system.

Description

Structure: The shuttle rack system consists of shuttle racking, battery-driven shuttle cars, and forklifts. The shuttle car runs on tracks located under the pallets, allowing it to push the pallets to store or retrieve goods from their positions.
Working Principle: A. Stocking: The forklift places the goods at the very front of the rack aisle's guide rail. The shuttle car, operated via remote control, can then carry the pallet goods along the rail.
B. Retrieval: The shuttle car moves the pallet from the depths of the rack to the front, where the forklift can then remove the pallet goods from the rack.
C. Moving the Shuttle Car: The forklift can place the shuttle car in different aisles; one shuttle car can be shared among multiple aisles. The number of shuttle cars required depends on the depth of the aisles, the total volume of goods, the batch size for shipments, and the frequency of shipments.
Surface Treatment: The system is coated with superior-grade epoxy resin electrostatic powder, offering strong adhesion, wear resistance, corrosion resistance, and aesthetic appeal. It meets the national GB6739-2006 standard, ensuring excellent surface quality and smoothness.
Uses:
1.High Volume, Low Variety: Ideal for industries with large batches of a single type of product, such as food, beverages, chemicals, and tobacco.
2.Cold Storage Operations: Reduces time spent in low temperatures, improving work efficiency and safety.
3.Expiry Management: Suitable for warehouses that require strict batch management and need first-in, first-out (FIFO) operational management.
4.Increased Storage Capacity: For warehouses with limited space that need to maximize space utilization.
Features of Shuttle Racking:
1.Achieves the highest density storage of pallet goods, significantly reducing warehouse construction costs.
2.Goods management flexibility with options for FIFO or Last In, First Out (LIFO).
3.Remote-controlled operation, eliminating the need for manual entry and exit, thus enhancing efficiency.
4.Enhanced safety, reducing the risk of rack collisions and increasing productivity safety.
5.Seismic safety performance is substantially higher than that of drive-in racks.
6.Lower overall cost compared to drive-in racks, push-back racks, and gravity racks.
7.Bull legs are one-time stamped integral parts, completely resolving issues of shuttle drift from long-term use and significantly enhancing the load-bearing capacity of the columns.
8.Unique cross-beam linkage design at the end of the racks forms a net-like three-dimensional structure, greatly enhancing overall stability.
9.Unique integral bending style pallet guide offers stronger impact resistance, solving the problem of damage from long-term use.
10.Mobile anti-fall devices that are both safe and aesthetically pleasing, completely preventing accidental falls of the shuttle board.
11.Wrap-around foot guard crash protection supplements the impracticality of ordinary round tubes, ensuring safety in the event of an accident involving the rack columns.
12.Three-dimensional rectangular forklift limiters solve the inaccuracies and instability of ordinary angle steel limiters, ensuring a precise and safe distance between the forklift and the shuttle board during operations.
